Studies:
Effects of Balloon Overhang on Endflare and Peak Arterial Stresses
Effects of Plaque Formation on Arterial Stresses
It is hypothesized that greater amounts of balloon overhang (the length of balloon longer than the stent at the far proximal and distal ends)  will result in greater endflare with corresponding arterial injury.  This  study quantifies the effects of balloon overhang on endflare and resulting arterial stresses.
