The Cadet Academic Mentoring Program offers cadets who wish to improve their level of success the opportunity to meet regularly with a carefully selected and trained upperclassman.  In addition to serving as liaisons to other support units, mentors facilitate personal and academic development by helping partners set goals, construct action plans, and evaluate progress. A balance among challenge, information, and support characterizes the mentoring partnership.
