6 Ways to Help You Sleep Better

1) Be sure to get natural sunlight.  Light bulbs won't do.

2) Exercise early in the evening, at least 3 hours before sleep.

3) Dim all lights, including computers, the Blackberry, etc.

4) Cover your clock.  You don't need to see it during the night.

5) Perfume your pillow.  Aromatherapy works!  Use lavender or myrrh.

6) Take a warm bath before going to bed.  You'll come out, feel a chill, your body temperature falls, and this helps you sleep better.
